Stretch 1st Adjustable Power Cord uses quick Adjustable Tension Handle technology enables the Power Cord to conform to your body. This allows for a progressively deeper stretch over time. You'll increase your flexibility, overall strength and lower your risk of injury.

STRETCHING TIPS FROM THE PROS

TIP #1:  Short warm-up exercises constantly challenge your muscles with

               variety and intensity

TIP #2:  Ideally, healthy adults should do stretching exercises for all major

               muscle-tendon groups — neck, shoulders, chest, trunk, lower back,

               hips, legs, and ankles — at least two to three times a week

TIP #3:  It's best to spend 60 seconds per stretch

TIP #4:  Start with the Power Cord a bit looser then gradually tighten to allow

               your body to adapt

HOW TO USE THE 
ADJUSTABLE TENSION HANDLE

STEP 1:

The Power Ends lock into the ergonomically shaped Adjustable Tension Handle. The hold is secure yet easy to adjust by pulling out on the Power Ends which releases

the Power Cord.

STEP 2:

When the Power Cord is released, simply pull the Power Cord to your desired length. Then, pull the Power Cord to the side locking channel. Once the Power Cord is locked into place, start stretching.

Pull the Power Cord from the locking channel and pull back on the Power Cord Loop to return the Power Ends to the ergonomically shaped Adjustable Tension Handle. IT'S THAT EASY!
